About the Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Ozark Labs on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for creating stunning visual designs that bring our products and brand to life across digital and print media. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from mobile app interfaces to marketing materials, with potential to transition to a full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Design compelling visual assets for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with the team to create user-centered designs
• Develop mockups and final designs for digital products
• Design marketing materials including social media graphics and promotional content
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical skills
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must have own design software and equipment
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a bonus

You'll be the voice of Ozark Labs across social media platforms, creating content, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. This part-time role is perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and community building.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and content calendars
• Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries
• Monitor brand mentions and engage with relevant conversations
• Track social media metrics and provide regular reports
• Help organize and promote company events or announcements

What We're Looking For

About the Role
