About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Design compelling visual assets for web, mobile, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate with the team to create user-centered designs
  • Develop mockups and final designs for digital products
  • Design marketing materials including social media graphics and promotional content
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical skills
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must have own design software and equipment
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills are a bonus

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and content calendars
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries
  • Monitor brand mentions and engage with relevant conversations
  • Track social media metrics and provide regular reports
  • Help organize and promote company events or announcements

What We're Looking For
